Here are my IHS application timeline details:
Application received by FBI on May 22nd, 2017 (Actually it was May 20th the Saturday)
CC charged on August 3rd, 2017

I inquired about the status as on August 10th, 2017 through email, they said your report is ready, will be mailed on August 15th and may take 2-3 weeks in mail delivery. I have deadline to submit PR application on August 16th, so I already submitted it with LOE today with all the required proofs after waiting restlessly for almost 3 months.

According to my experience if you submitted your IHS application to FBI after you received the ITA, then forget about getting that report before your deadline to submit PR application. So plan accordingly as it takes ~15 weeks these days. Thanks!

I am on the same boat as you. Mentioned below is my timeline:
ITA deadline is 16th August
Fingerprints received by FBI on 18th May
CC charged on 1Aug
Reports mailed on 10Aug
I don't think I'll receive it in NJ before deadline and I don't want to wait till the 90th day. So planning to submit my application this weekend.

They responded to my status enquiry email saying my application has been successfully processed and will be mailed out on 14th.

Does this mean that they accepted my fingerprints? Or they just processed it but I may get a reject letter?

Fbi received app: 22 May

⁩ I have a situation around the FBI PCC... I gave my credit card details as payment method. Now Bank Of America is mailing a new credit card because of some fraudulent transaction.... can I email FBI the new credit card details on email or will I have to send a new set of finger prints ?

I had the exact same situation. I called FBI customer care and they mentioned to fill up a new credit card charge form along with a letter detailing why you need to change the card (along with your information - name, dob, date when did fbi receive your application) and the original form (if you have it). I emailed all these letters to them and got acknowledgement from them the very next day that they updated the info.

I called them in 2 days just to make sure. Gladly, my new card was charged last week and hopefully get my PCC coming Monday. Good luck to you too!

Oh no man) It turns out I complained too early. Just gave them another call and found out from another representative that my report is ready and will be mailed out tomorrow. They also told me that fingerprints were readable. My deadline is August 25. I hope to get my report in Orlando, Florida by that time ! When was yours delivered?

Happy for you! Delivered June 5th , mailing address is in NYC so that might help, but I seriously doubt I´ll have it by then.

Oh I see. Well if your deadline is August 29, it is a bit problematic for you to get your report in time. But hope for the best and consider using LOEs or declining ITA if your crs score is high enough to get the next ITA.
