hi my fbi documents were submitted on 23 august and I received my FBI PCC today in mail at my home. have you tried calling them-3046252000

I just sent my application last Saturday 12 August 2017. I had received the ITA on 2nd August.

Exactly.
We submitted, as per representatives request, a LOE atraching all these supports (copy of the application, proof of payment, etc)
Our representatives said "once you get the certificates, send them to us immediately".
I think, and I hope I'm right, if you submit a LOE to CIC regarding any missing document, that will work in the meantime to process your PR

I just received my wife's fbi report, i had delivered the request from india to be delivered to my friends address in usa.
In the report the address is the USA address mentioned as (C/O ; address.....)
Has anyone faced a similar situation, and will be this be an issue.

I don't think this will be an issue . I did the same and I think the address in FBI report is not supposed to reflect residential address.

My fingerprints were delivered on 21.06.2017. As I read from this thread, there is no point in calling them at this time...

Yes, it is too early for you to call them at this time.
