Do you think it can reach 433 before December...

If there is a draw tomorrow (Aug 9th), you will get an ITA.
OR
If there are bi-weekly draws on Aug 16th, Aug 30th and Sept 13th, you would get an ITA on Aug 30th or Sept 13th.
OR
If the draws happen only once in every 3-4 weeks, then you might not receive an ITA even till December.

All the above predictions are based on the assumption that 3200 ITAs would be issued in each draw.

I have a paper based PNP nomination but I don't think I'm going to use it because it's 16 months processing time. My ECA comes in this week giving me 425 because I'm married. I hate the fact that couples get fewer points. September 26 I qualify for CEC Express Entry with 450 points. God, I hope I'm doing the right thing by putting all of my eggs in the Express Entry basket.

It is a wrong assumption that couples get fewer points. If your spouse is aged below 30, has a good IELTS score, has a degree and has atleast 3 years of work experience, then you get higher points.

If I had applied alone, I would have got CRS 435. When we applied together with my spouse as primary, we got CRS 440!

Which PNP takes such time? I only heard AINP took long time in the past, and except AINP, I think you can use all PNP nominations for EE.
Is it true that couples get fewer points? Due to the fact that couples get more points for adaptability if the spouse's English is good as the main applicant, I thought couples would have more advantages?

Yes if spouse's English is good, you get additional points.

Throw the PNP nomination in the bin.
Wait till Sept 27th or Oct 4th for a direct ITA and enjoy the privileges of being a CEC candidate!

According to my calculations my chance is on ray of hope 72 with score of 412 , but i am here to be with all u wonderful hopeful people

Unless draw 72 happens on August 30th, there is no chance to get an ITA with CRS 412 in draw 72 assuming 3200 ITAs issued in each draw.

Well you need to give us info on your IELTS results and education before saying much?

I'm at 420 and am hopeful still , only way to increase my score is getting my wife's secondary school verified and redoing her IELTS for an extra 6 points. And maybe I learn French

Agreed! I'm in similar position at 419. Only ways for me:

1. Get a masters
2. Take the TEF
3. Apply for OINP (when it opens)
4. Get a job in Canada (which is next to impossible)
5. Get married

Get married to someone with a Masters and very good english and possibly french as well)
