I have a paper based PNP nomination but I don't think I'm going to use it because it's 16 months processing time. My ECA comes in this week giving me 425 because I'm married. I hate the fact that couples get fewer points. September 26 I qualify for CEC Express Entry with 450 points. God, I hope I'm doing the right thing by putting all of my eggs in the Express Entry basket.
Hello everyone,
Someone has actually been looking for a thread that discusses withdrawal of e-APR.
He needs to know the length of time it takes to get a feedback and if he can proceed with another application before getting a feedback.
Another week, with high hope of a draw with CRS under 430, has started after an auspicious festival of Raksha Bandhan. Best of luck everyone for this week.

Which PNP takes such time? I only heard AINP took long time in the past, and except AINP, I think you can use all PNP nominations for EE.
Is it true that couples get fewer points? Due to the fact that couples get more points for adaptability if the spouse's English is good as the main applicant, I thought couples would have more advantages?
Hi, I have a query please help me out. My ex manager from Deloitte has given me a reference letter but is refusing to put his official contact number and email. He says that any call will have to come through the main number mentioned on the letter head and be routed to him. Is this okay? He has given me a tough time. But this is what I managed to get finally after endless drafts. Please let me know.
I think you meant his mobile number when you said official contact number. By the way, it's okay to use even company's reception number as long as they can transfer calls to the right departments
I am at 433 as well. The only chance for us to get an ITA is a draw this week. Number of people with our CRS range have crossed 2.5k. Hence unlikely to get an ITA without weekly draws.
And honestly no body can predict the frequency of the draws. So just pray
Well you need to give us info on your IELTS results and education before saying much?
I'm at 420 and am hopeful still , only way to increase my score is getting my wife's secondary school verified and redoing her IELTS for an extra 6 points. And maybe I learn French

Unless there are back to back draws (weekly draws) or CIC doubles the invites sent in each draw, very less chance for the CRS cut off to reach 400 or below this year.

To get PNP through Express Entry, you would have to be in the pool before applying to PNP. I was not in the before applying. I didn't not know this. I thought all nominations could be used in Express Entry that's not the case because my nomination clearly states "not to be used with Express Entry.. My spouse's first language is not English.
It depends on the frequency of the draws. If all the subsequent draws happen with a 1 week gap, then it could reach 420 within 3 draws. In case all the subsequent draws happen with a 2 week gap, then you may need to wait till Nov/Dec.
