My Profile:
10th: 73.5%
12th: 63.5%
BTECH (Electronics and communication): 7.66 CGPA
IELTS: R-6.5, L-8, W:6, S:6. Overall:6.5

Work Experience: 17 months (Wipro Technologies)

Interested in MS Computer Science. I want to apply for Fall 2017. What are my chances? And where should I apply?
Please guide me.

Hi Kamal - I applied online by myself. Spoke to a few consultants initially who said I would have to apply offline and that the process would take about 2-3 months. They also said that since I am overqualified, my visa would most likely be rejected so they cant guarantee. The fees they asked was in the range of INR 20 to 25K. I realized they're not an expert themselves and I can probably do a better job at applying.

I created my profile and applied online on 6th Feb with all the documents attached (upfront medical, PCCs for the countries I have lived, financial documents etc.) and was finally asked to submit my passport after 23 days.

My profile: CFA, MBA, LIII with 8 yrs of experience. Now going for MFin from Queens.

I have already completed my M.tech in mechanical engg (CAD/CAM) in 2015. and now got adm in windsor M.Eng automotive.

when ever i try to link my application to the online account its telling "u wight have mistaken and we found no applications" . I entered my details exactly as it was in the application form.

Any one with the same problem or any one applied recently and waiting for the update ?

I was planning for Jan 2017 intake and even i had my medicals done but due to some personal reasons i postponed it to Sept 2017. Now, i have got an admission from Humber College for Electrical Engineering Technician - Control System (Sept 2017) and i have paid my fees too. I have got few questions and it would be great if you can help me out with it.

1) Do i need to appear again for Medical ? Because i guess the validity is 1 year. Isnt it ? (Visit Date for medical - 2nd Sept 2016)
2) When should i apply for visa ?

My profile:-
10th - 66%
12th - 55%
B.E. Electrical Engineering - 66% (6 Backlogs)
IELTS - 6.5 (L-7, R-6, W-6, S-6)
1 year 10 months Experience as a Service Engineer

It has been 29 days now and still counting.
I'm a little bit worried.

My qualifications say
10th :- 85%
12th :- 77%
BE in Mechanical with 6.4 CGPA
IELTS 7.5
Got admission in Fanshawe college in Automotive - Motive Power technician


Am I in trouble?

Read carefully step number 8,9 and 10

1. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/mycic.asp
   (2) Click on continue to Gckey
   (3) If You've already account created, login with your Username and Password otherwise Click on Sign up to go on next page and create your username, password and security questions.
   (4) After creating my CIC account, click link application to this account.
   (5) Then select category as Temporary residence and subcategory as Study Permit and extension.
   (6) Then select Family name, given name and date of birth option.
   (7) Fill your family name(surname), given name and date of birth as per Passport or Application form.
   (8.) Next in applicant personal info panel fill Passport information only and DO NOT FILL CITY AND COUNTRY OF BIRTH.
   (9) Enter your course start date given on your offer letter exact same as that.
   (10) Enter course end date as on offer letter only month and year is given so enter that only don't select the date.
   (11) Enter your DLI no. same as given on the offer letter.( Google it and do copy and paste there)
   (12) Next search for your application.
   (13) Your application will be found and can be linked.
   (14) You can get real time updates on your paper application online.
   
   I was getting errors and tried the same with mine and it worked so hopefully it ll work for everyone
