Hi guys , I was refused just yesterday for the following reasons : purpose of visit , travel history and lastly they dnt think will come brk to home country !! Can any one help me so I apply for the second time ??? Thank you

Got refused too in march with the same reasons, but i have reapplied waiting for my response. If you can give details about docs maybe i could throw in a few points on your 2nd attempt

I dd applied for a college certificate in Humber college !! My dad was my sponsor !! I added my personal bank statement as supporting doc !! He added his assets!! I have bnn to only Africa countries !! I stated I was gonna come brk in my sop with evidence cos my employer agreed on paying 80% of my salary so I come brk to my home country right after studies to work with them ! Donno wot went wrong and they sent those things !! Hmmmm it is well

I believe with your case everything depends on your sop now cosit doesn't add up, you seem to have everything in there.
Do you have anything that ties you to canada or you have a family member there? If you anything in relation to canada in there , it ll confuse the VO about your purpose of travel

Either Write another sop explain your points again and what you ll be coming back to in future plans eg a position in your company. Add a court affidavit of return. Or you could apply through your lawyer to get the VO's hand note, it could be something negligible.

applied second time from India 2106 - rejected
applied for the third time India 2017 - approved

profile:
bachelors in hotel management_70 %
ielts 6.5%( L-7.5 R-6.5 S-6.5 W-5.5)
applied for MBA for may intake 2017
university (NYIT)
applied on 23rd march from bangalore received 28 april under non spp

In Ghana it can be done by the courts authorised document writers. They will prepare and get it signed and endorsed with the right emblems and signatures.

Okay, so if I am applying for PR through EE meanwhile (Dual intent), it's not logic to introduce this document, is it?
