Any action that does not follow the guidelines set forth by immigrations canada is a bad idea, but this one is not a deal breaker. Most likely you will have to resubmit or if your file comes across an understanding agent, they will accept it.

i think we are june applicant. we re-apply last june 9 and we recieved the AoR last july 11.

they absolutely will not return it. a lot of people send those upfront
