Submitted yesterday! But I just realized that I didn't complete the back of the PR photos - I didn't include his name or birth date, but the date and the photographer info is there. Ugh, I'm so mad at myself. Will they return the package to me for something like that??

Yes, unfortunately they will return the package back for not writing the PA's name and DOB at the back of this passport size photos. I'm sorry.

Hi everyone. We are applying from Manila Philippines. Hubby is Filipino and im Canadian. We sent ours via fedex july 01 2017 it was received by case processing centre Mississauga by David on july 04. Best of luck to all of us!

always use a courier to send application with such sensitive matter. they do have an address that you can send a courier to. use that for some peace of mind. also, sign up for text messaging - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/text-pilot.asp

Based on your posts about your wedding photo request it just seemed like CIC wasn't convinced about the authenticity of your relationship thats why they asked you to submit more pictures. Not because of failing to write down the details behind the pictures which they specifically ask for in the checklist. I've read posts about people's applications being returned because of this. But then again, you never know.

actually, no. not till someone mentioned that to me here, did i realize that i just missed that whole part. i thought they wanted names of the people in the pictures and the date the picture was taken. i totally messed up that part. they wanted more pictures because i send them a total of 15 pictures of our weddings, 5 pictures of our honeymoon. it was horribly hard to pick what to send them. so now i send them 26 more picx of different ceremonies that i didnt include in the 15 pictures. it was just impossible. anyways, hopefully they wont send it back to me. i have the pcc and sch a and medical all done .. wow would that be a bumper if they do .. i was being sooo organized and careful. i cant even beleive that i missed that .. my hubby wont get mad but i will be at me ..

Don't be too hard on yourself. I think with this new submission your photos should definitely be fine.

Thanks everyone! I was talking to my friend who used to work for an immigration consultant and she said it really depends on the agent, but that it is such a small detail when I've included so much already. So, fingers crossed!

don't panic yet .. even if they do ask .. they wont return your file .. but may ask you to upload more .. not the end of the world ..

On weeding group photos, it was impossible to identify for 10-15 people, so in some photos, I wrote "wedding program: picture taken with sponsor's friends; pictures taken with parents of both Sponsor and PA, pictures taken with sponsor's friends etc. I hope they will understand this.
One thing I think works best is you have a "married" status in facebook (public), send them pictures of your weeding liked by friends and families.
This is hard to fake (unless someone very professional of faking stuffs).

i did the same thing. 5 picx of honey moon and it was the most difficult task ever to pick 15 picx out of 100s .. lol

facebook status updates helps too .. thats the main thing they are looking for .. i saved those statues as pdf and then printed them ..
