Inland sponsorship of one person (spouse) will take 12-14 months. Hers took 13.5 mos.

My application received August 2016.My wife is pregnant and I also asked the MP to send to ICC her doctors note with a letter.They asked me to send my medical and was received June 10.Then they ask d for the certificate of marriage and it was sent on July 1.
I received my visitor status extension approval but OWP still waiting since February!!!

Hard to say. You're close to when they may be done your file, and when they might be finished your OWP.

I don't understand what happened with your OWP, were you at some point out of status? Because you definitely should have received it already.
Regarding the rest of your application, do you know if your security check is finished? As you had to send your certificate on July 1st, I would expect about 60 days to get news.

My OWP so complicated.I sent that with my sponsorship application in August.In october they sent it back because of not sufficient fund.I mailed them again in October but they received in Vegreville office in Feb with new payment.Why so late I have no idea.At that time I had to extend my status so I did.Visitor sataus application sent in March and approved in June but nothing from OWP.3 weeks ago they sent an email from mississauga and they needed marriage cerificate.I dont know if it is related to my sponsorship or WP application.

Sorry to hear about your trouble with the OWP.

CPC-V works on Temporary Resident Visas (Work Permits, Visitor Permits, Study Permits). CPC-M works on most other things.

If you didn't supply a marriage certificate before (with either application), then it's CPC-M asking for relationship proof.

Being at the stage you are, I hope you will land soon and be refunded for the OWP! The marriage certificate was for your sponsorship application. You're getting close to the 1 year mark, so everything could move fast now.

and the lease contrtact has my name and her name and her son. is it ok???

congratulations on your SA! There is no minimal income requirement for sponsoring spouse or common law.
