I am not able to get Form IMM 1294 (Application for a Study Permit Made Outside of Canada) and I am in need of it urgently. As such, could any of you be kind enough to help me out?

Another way to get form
Go to CIC.GC.CA
THEN CLICK ENGLISH
CLICK STUDY
Then scroll down and find forms, this sectiom you could see All Related forms, click it
If you are applying study visa then go to "Come to Canada Temporarily"
Select study in canada
Scroll down to find country and territory, select the country and click get document.
You are in the section where you can download each and every form related to your application

Guys Guys,
There is no problem with the form.
You just need to download latest Adobe Reader.
i had an old adobe reader and it didn`t work then i downloaded the Adobe Reader X and it goes smoothly now.
Try it now
