Another way to get form
Go to CIC.GC.CA
THEN CLICK ENGLISH
CLICK STUDY
Then scroll down and find forms, this sectiom you could see All Related forms, click it
If you are applying study visa then go to "Come to Canada Temporarily"
Select study in canada
Scroll down to find country and territory, select the country and click get document.
You are in the section where you can download each and every form related to your application

I am not able get Form IMM 1294 and also IMM 5257. I already updated my Adobe and accessed the forms page on the CIC website as you informed me to do. I kind of need it urgently. Can you please send me another link apart from the website or send it in another format to my email? Cause every time I try to open the PDF format i see the same "Please wait" message. The problem is just with this 2 forms, cause the IMM 5707 I downloaded perfectly and already filled it.

Guys Guys,
There is no problem with the form.
You just need to download latest Adobe Reader.
i had an old adobe reader and it didn`t work then i downloaded the Adobe Reader X and it goes smoothly now.
Try it now

I already downloaded the latest update of Adobe on their website and still try opening the link and get the same message. Can you PLESE help me? My email is tullioleone@gmail.com

I used Internet Explorer in instead of Google Chrome and finally got access to both forms. Thanks everyone who tried to help! o/
