how much chances for NOI?

You are right. < 400 is only applicable to the occupations they announce weekly. For the rest of the occupations >= 400 is criteria to get NOI. Both are going to happen simultaneously on weekly basis.

Yes. It seems but not sure for specific NOC.

I got OINP nomination on 29 June , 2016.
I am currently doing my masters in Alberta. Post masters after 6 months, I will get additional points, if again Federal draw goes near 420. I may get the nomination from federal. But I have few concerns.
1. Staying in Alberta and applying for Ontario PNP, Any chances of rejection at any stage?
2. How much time, I have to apply for PNP 45 days or 6 months.
3. What processing timeline for the whole process.

First of all, you have received NOI not Nomination and Federal will give you Invitation again not Nomination. The nomination will lead to 600 points.

1. Unless you have strong connections in Ontario or shown a strong Intent in Ontario (with some documents) it will be difficult to get nominated.
2. You have 6 months to apply
3. The process can be between 1-2 months.

The proof of funds have to be in your own account or your spouse's account. Read up about the gift deed option on this forum - it may be the solution to your problem.

Mine is still in submitted Maybe it will change to assessment in this week hopefully. I'll update you all as soon as any changes happen to my status Do we get any email alert when theres a change in status? I was checking every 2 hours yesterday

I am still waiting for WES's confirmation. Their support was up today so i mailed them.

Please transfer that money to your account and write a letter of explanation that your brother gave you money for the funds. Get a gift deed done for that.

There's no email alert when the status changes.

I've noticed that any change in status happens either at the beginning or the end of the office time - 9-10 am or 5-6 pm (Ottawa time).

Just check at the beginning and end of each day (Ottawa time).
