Last time there was a shocking case where OINP rejected these 5 points of relatives (outside Ontario) and said you don't meet 67 point skill test. His application was rejected on this ground but it was still a rare case.

First of all, you have received NOI not Nomination and Federal will give you Invitation again not Nomination. The nomination will lead to 600 points.
1. Unless you have strong connections in Ontario or shown a strong Intent in Ontario (with some documents) it will be difficult to get nominated.
2. You have 6 months to apply
3. The process can be between 1-2 months.
