I mailed [email protected] requesting them to let me know about my application. They replied me with this..

"Please be advised that your application is with the London, UK office and is in queue for officer review. Once your application is put into active processing, we may be in contact with you to submit additional documentation/information. Please provide any requested materials within the timeframe mentioned in our letter to avoid unnecessary delays. Also, please keep us informed of any changes in your/your sponsor’s status (address, phone, email, newborn children, etc…) so we can keep your file up to date."

-Mycic used to say we are reviewing ur medical
-we need additional docs see below.( but only med request and no upload option)

Now medical has passed and below it changed to We donot need additional documents. It could be because on june 17th 2017 i sent them the SchA and pcc through ircc webforms.

Now i dont know if they have updated my file. Is there a way to know other then call them
Anyone else got this status change?

Hello Guys,

Eid Mubarak. I have received request letter today from LVO, asking for following information :

1. Documentation proof, if my Rukhsati and Valima has taken place.
2. RPRF, Family Class: Have your sponsor pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee in Canada

I am going to clarify them that my Rukhsati never took place, however I am not sure what is RPRF !
I have already submitted the fees of 550.00

askm @Ahmed786 , can you please provide the specific wording they used for the documentation proof request? Are they asking you to provide the proof if the rukhsati took place, or are they more asking you why it didn't take place?

You have to submit at VFS Lahore.

Things to be submitted..
1- copy of this letter all pages PPR
2- passport original
3- 2 photos 50mm x 70 mm
4- fee
5- Appendix A form, if you don't know how to fill, people at the desk can help you
If you don't have photos, you can make it at VFS Lahore Rs 266
Bring with you at least Rs 1800.
Bring photocopy with you because it is expensive at VFS Rs 160 for one copy.
You need to provide 2 cellphone numbers

More over how can I fill Appendix A? With Pencil or I need to type it? And please let me know I need to provide the sponsor's information as well.?

I would say these 21 days were more painful than last 7 months...
I was worried as I traveled outside Canada for few weeks after filing the application..

That passport option is only for passport holders from visa exempt countries.

You will need to fill the schedule A using adobe acrobat pro or any pdf WRITER/editor.

What happens is that they usually update it to "The documents you provided have been uploaded"
But I'd still think that what you have should be fine as well

I know why they are wanting to conduct the interview, but I wish they would just confirm it for us so we know whether or not we are being interviewed.

What does your ECAS CIC status says, IN PROCESS ?, does it have only 3 lines received and processing ?

If you are Nov and Dec 2016 applicant your online application should show background in progress or something similar.

I am Feb 2017 and my application is showing the same information.
