No bro I don't think so. The scenario is as long as the candidates have scored 67 points and above so they're eligible for permanent residency. We have seen a steep decrease for the CRS since the new program of express entry took place in 2015 the CRS trend was taking its way down from 800 to 413 which was unpredictable.

So, as long as the candidate is within the 67 points of express entry eligibility, he/she would get the ITA as the IRCIC is expected to meet the quota allocated for skilled workers immigrants for this year.

If your score is 410 or above and you're under 35 years of age, it's best to wait for direct ITA.

I went for OINP because I'm at 403 and I'd lose points on my birthday which is around the corner.

Nothing is ever so distant, they only seem so. At the moment, the draw looks far and our ITA may appear distant. But, it will arrive, so will my book, and so will Prince Edward Island greet me, and so will Yukon witness the unveiling of my book. Believe!!

If you are above 440 then for sure you will get ITA, PR not sure!!! why? cause after ITA you need to do a lot of things, failing to do so will result in rejection. When will you get the ITA? maybe when this thread hits 500 pages LOL
