I think you should send them an email with your proof of delivery requesting status and let them reply saying your package is not found. Are they giving an option for you to skip line and have a new application processed out of turn since it's essentially misplaced at their end. Ask them if they can at least do that. That will be good if they can make an exception.
If no, then use that email and attach your delivery proof and a new proof of reapplication - make a LOE and submit your PR application closer to the 90 day deadline. Good luck.
Just send them you name and DOB and enquire about the status of your application - include your proof of delivery details - that should suffice. Once they come back with the answer you can ask if they will consider taking an out of turn application - I hope they do given your case. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
Not surprised at all. It might be because of overload, you will hear that sort of different answers from agents for any kind of applications processed in US.

Actually they are not "processing" the 10th April, they are just putting in system/database that's what they told me, they said processing startw ill take 2-3 days and I will know if my fingerprint or from etc are good or not by Friday of this week not before that.
