How did you submit additional document requested by IRCC for PR application? I submitted my initial application to Sydney. There is a fax number sent with the email. Am I expected to fax them?
Also, some of these document were same that I submitted in my original application and they are being requested again. Should I just resend them anyway?
The only thing I am sure of how to send is the Medical request.

Got an e-mail from CIC... scared me... what is this?? who know? I only changed my home address on the website recently. I applied in Vancouver and am still living in BC....

my medical shows passed since april. i called cic 4 month ago ask about update on my file they said they working on background check and i called again today they saying they working on Review of EligibilIty .my background status changes to NOT APPLICABLE..anybody know how long this review of eligibility take and why my background status is NOT APPLICABLE

I haven't received MR yet. But my WP expires on October 5. Do you think I can get my PR by then??
Also, when I applied the processing time was 15 months, but it's 16 months now. Which one i should be considering??

Well I do think you have a big chance to land your PR before that. But no one in this forum would guarantee nothing because it's call case specific. Also between your expiration date of WP and your landing date there is a three month "implied status". Try contact CIC and ask for this as you may save some cash to renew your visa.
