Update:
I phoned CIC today to clarify my medicals because in mycic saying:
"Review of additional documents
We need additional documents to process your application. Check your messages below for details." We did medical May 1st. As per CIC, it's a "glitch" d/t to new format. She said that ignore it and we PASSED medicals May4th..

Hi Folks,

Just wondering if anyone has noticed their medical status as "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes."
Yesterday the status was as " you have passed your medical"
Not sure what's happening. Anyone in the same situation??

Same thing. On 4 of April got MR only for my self. My wife and kid did not get it, because their were valid. So status was showing Passed. On 22 of May status changed to We do not need....because their MR expired already. Since then did not hear any news. GSMC notes shows that medical Passed-Expired. Hopefully it will be extended.

Same thing happened with me CIC did not request my wife's medical I think they took her medicals from last year and they only requested my medical so by the time I did my upfront medical they sent me the medical request. Today its showing We do not need I hope they extend the medical for my wife..

I called CIC today and the guy told me that we don't need anything from you at this point. But you never know lol
