I received email from CIC two days ago, one day after I found both the sponsor and applicant status been "decision made". That email says "it has been determined you meet the eligibility requirements to apply for a permanent residence. Please note that a final decision will not be made until all remaining requirements have been met".

So I guess the landing is much closer?

I'm telling you... it was totally epic. I stopped calling CIC and didn't order GCMS notes.. .they told me they would do all that for me.
