Okay thanks. Mine is with them since March 1st . But I got a mail in May saying my file got destroyed by mistake so we had to
resend the documents in May .
Now the status is documents being reviewed . Hoping to hear soon

So what did you guys do about the gckey message is it a glitch did you find out please let us know as we are worried what to do no message was attached called the visa office but no answer please let us know what your doing to resolve

Hey there was another thread a lot of people were complaining about the issue. Some of them called the CIC call center. You can read it here:

yupp! it is still showing the same; reviewing additional docs, processing background check and so on.
