Do you have a representative? If so, you can't. They (CIC) knows if you linked or not. So if not, they will try email (assuming they have sent you email before), and if all else fails, paper mail
To link enter just the bare minimum details. For birth city, try a single space
Most likely you will receive it in your email account? You should also check your junk mail frequently. It should come in the Principal applicant email but you should check the sponsor email as well.
Did they tell you how long ago they requested the medical?
Yes, we have been constantly checking both inbox and spam for PA as well as Sponsor. No, they didn't mention that. I did not speak to an agent, it was just an automated message giving details of my particular application number. It even said you do not need an interview or fingerprints but that the processing of your application has not yet started.

I resent my original upfront medical and an explanation letter via CSE sometime in March when they requested a new one. No response. Didn't do a new medical (Letter said I had 30 days to do it). LANDED in May regardless! Last week I got a response to my CSE about the medical saying that they have "forwarded the request to the proper person and that they would contact me if a decision has been made on my application" .... Thanks, CIC, I already landed, but keep up the good work!
Short answer: I have no idea what CIC is doing with regard to medicals or responses to CSE requests.
mycic changed i guess cause of the update.
Review of additional documents We need additional documents to process your application. Check your messages below for details.
referring to the old stuff
Is there are "how you should do it" Schedule A on this forum? lol I really thought I did it correctly. I found a tiny 1 month gap and forgot to write 1 occupation title at the time but Jee I dont want to believe I was asked to resend this because of that

Oh i see. Well if is the automated machine please dont count on it. Here is why. I created this post after speaking to two different agents this morning.

IRCC had a major breakdown in their system after the update this morning. They are working on fixing the issue so many people might not be able to get into their online account right now.
New updates were seen in online accounts where majority of them were not sent by IRCC. I spoke to 2 agents this morning to confirm this because i saw a request for medical in my account. They did not send me any request.
Once the error is fixed i would suggest you get back into your account and if you still think there is a mistake, you should call IRCC to confirm that they didnt request anything from you and that your account is back to normal.
For some people it might be right and for others it might be wrong. Depends on your timeline. Do not rely on your account or automated machines at this time since both are linked and could have wrong information at this point . Speak with an actual agent regarding your account.

I've been keeping my eyes to the CIC site for a status update, since my app was officially received May 2016 and thanks to this message board, I saw my time for approval might be coming up!
So today I use the online tool to see an update and low and behold, I got this! They said they sent a correspondance on June 3rd with possibly a request for more info. Did anyone else run into this? :
We sent you correspondence on June 3, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
Would my representative (attorney) receive it before me?
