Express Entry - e-APR Submitted in November 2016

Same here (FSW-I, e-APR: Nov 19). I did receive an email on Apr 7th regarding RPRF, which I paid three days later. Nothing since then. Called CIC a few days back -agent told me everything looks ok, background check is pending, and I shouldn't be worried. Yet, it's been almost two months since last communication. Note that I applied along with my spouse.

Welcome to the club of the (Unlucky Ones). There are only a handful of us from November who are still waiting for PPR. Let's hope we will get some update from CIC soon enough.

Hi Guys.. I have been a silent reader of this forum till date..

My AOR is Nov-19, 2016 (FSW-O)
BG is NA since the beginning, it has never changed.

I called CIC a couple days back, they informed me that Security is not started yet. I don't know what is taking so long. BTW I don't have any travel history aswel.

According to my GCMS from April
Eligibility - Recommend Passed
Criminality - Passed
Medical - Passed
Security - Not Started

I m a bit worried now as it is already passed 6.5 months now..

nope. I got GCMS notes, background and even R10 is pending... yawn...

It's been 3 weeks since I uploaded them and it still shows provided

No its okay mine has been provided since upload and GCMS notes confirmed they received them on the day of upload

but does the notes mention that they are actually processed or alike? any confirmation that the officer is satisfied with it?

Well the CIC pages says (the documents you have provided have been uploaded) or something of that sort, and thats how its been since the day of upload (back in january)

GCMS says that on date XX/Jan/2017 we asked for XXXX document, and the next entry says that the client has uploaded the requested document on the day YY/Jan/2017, then the entry after is proceeding with background check which gives you the idea that it satisfied them. Well this was back in January so now I can say for sure it satisfied them

Hello friend. There are a few us here in the same position as yours. There is not much we can do but wait patiently until we hear back from CIC.

As for security, as far as I know, it probably has started and they are checking it, it just does not show on GCMS (still says Not Started), but how long it takes for them to finish checking it, that we do not know. Let us know if you hear anything new from CIC.

Still waiting for PPR also, Submitted my application on the 11th on Nov. Added Spouse in February. I just hope they get back to me soonest

Exactly. It's very depressing. Ever since I received my AOR, I dreaded the thought of being one of those whose application would take longer than 6 months, and here we are, close to 7 months and counting. All we can do is wait and hope.

When I applied, It was never in my mind that I will be one of those extremely rare unluckiest persons. not even my worst dreams.
but here we are. Bg still not applicable.

Hi guys, I thought on joining this conversation as im in the same situation, I sent all my documents on november, I applied as well with my spouse and my application is still on progress since then.

Some of my friends got their invitations early march this year, sent all their documents and they got their PR already in less than 3 months, but here we are past the 6 month mark.
