Just a quick advice... when cic issue UCI number does that mean that they are processing the application and is it nearly to final decision?

AFAIK They assign UCI after R10 is passed..

If I may ask, can you three share your countries of residence and nationality? The reason I'm asking is to figure out what we have in common that has resulted in such delay? It could be nationality, country of residence, having held a governmental job, too many travels...etc. and I just want to establish what common denominator we all have that is causing such problems for us.

i feel for you guys man...

180 days is standard time for processing, but however if it crosses 180 days - there is actually no upper limit... so its almost like you are in limbo from this point onwards

lets hope you all get PPR very soon.
