Hi all,

I am Feb-7, 2017 applicant. I applied for PR for my 5 year old daughter.
Today my wife got a call form Immigration that they want CSQ.
Even thoug I am staying in Montreal now, I am PR, applied under FSWP in Oct-2014 and I became PR in Toronto, Ontario.
So what you suggest me write in return??
Anyways, my daughter got her PPR for her visitor VISA today. Applied on 25th March.

Does your wife also got PR in Toronto?
Also, if you are staying in Montreal and applied PR for your daughter from Quebec, I think you should submit CSQ.
Or I suggest you to call Quebec Govt/CIC customer care to confirm again.

I moved to Montreal recently, but I sponsored my spouse from Alberta, and luck to receive DM on the day of I was moving from Alberta.

But
As per new forms and post march applicants all process ll b done in Mississauga (even sh. A and medical) so minimum work for NDVO.
That's the reason 2017 applicants getting PPR and DM

What does this mean? All post-march 2017 applicants will be processed in Canada?

I am Dec 22 applicant, but still no update.
The pattern I have been seeing from last few days is frustrating. Yes you are right, they have started working on files from Oct but then directly jumped to Jan-Feb, leaving us behind. BTW what is your status presently?

My spouse's pp is with NDVO now. Waiting for visa and copr. Hopefully by next week.
If NDVO remained fair and consistent then we would not have had anxiety. But for some reason they just aren't .

This makes me so mad! Isn't there anyway we can voice our concerns? This is the height of unfairness in a process. I have been waiting for the past 7 months and not a single update so far. Oh how mad and frustrated this makes me. People have lives to start once they reach here, why don't they understand that they literally put 2 people's lives on hold with these ridiculous wait times. For anyone who filed post dec 7, you all are truly blessed.

Good that most of the work is getting done frm canada otherwise it wouldnt be possible to finish files even by 2020. India is been always inefficient in finishing work on time, India can change even white people attitude (working in NDVO) towards work (makes them lazy).
Jul'16 applicant but no simple update so far.

This is insane! We should honeslty all start tweeting to the immigration minisiter. I honestly don't want this for myself or wish this for anyone else.

I had a question about the "Decision Made" status. Under "Peremenant Residence Application Status" it says 'Decision Made'. When i click on 'Decision Made' it breaks down the process as follows:

Permanent Residence

1. We received application for permanent residence on November 14, 2016.
2. We started processing application on December 19, 2016.
3. Medical results have been received.

I was reading that some people had a 4th point saying a decision has been made and we will contact you shortly. Should that also happen to my status? Or should I be on the look out for a letter already? Any help would be great! The status has been such for a week now and the wait is driving me nuts!

I have the same thing.Has your BGC started on GCKey?
The 4th line is only added I think once the visa is issued.I have DM since Friday and got PPR request on yesterday.

I am unable to connect my application on GCKey, it keeps saying application not found.
Congrats on your PPR! My DM has been since Sunday May 14th you'd think I'd hear by now

I have the same 3 line as yours and status shows "decision made" since May 16th. I hope we will hear from them soon

Hopefully...really soon because having a DM is more nerve wracking the having an IP

No DM yet?When did your bgc go in progress?

Its almost been a month since it started showing "We are processing your background check." but no update so far. Even the 3rd line is not updated, dont know whats going on with NDVO!! They left Oct and older files and started working on the Dec onwards.

We requested our GCMS notes on April 27 but havent got any reply on it yet. I suppose cant do anything else than wait.
