I wasn't able to link my application to the GCKey. So I clearly don't know when they started the BGC and how long it took them. I received an email on Dec 1, 2016 asking for my RPRF receipt and PCC. And then the next email I received was on April 7, 2017 saying they're working on my application and I shall hear from them soon.

Is that the same generic mail which most of the October applicants received?

Please check refusal application on this forum, you will get all the details
How to apply and without 30 days to apply & there is no fix time frame for appeal. It can take few month's to fee year's also

Please send me a link where I can apply for GCMS Notes. Delhi-Immigration accidently destroyed my file and I resubmitted the docs but didn't receive any reply from them. I don't want to get stuck with their error. The waiting period for us is getting difficult. Please help.

Firstly you should hire a good immigration lawyer for this....only he can explain....it can take few months to years also depending upon your case

This is my Timeline (RPRF, PCC and Medical Examination was done beforehand and submitted in this application):

Application received by CIC - Jan 1st, 2017
Application processed - Jan 30th, 2017 (PA received her UCI and File Number)
Extra Documents (Background Declaration) - Feb 7th, 2017
Approved as Sponsor - Feb 13th, 2017
Extra Documents (Background Declaration) - Mar 17th, 2017; Issue with her signature, so had to re-submit it
Application received by NDVO - May 5th, 2017

Received the below email - May 15th, 2017


"Dear <sponsored person>



Thank you for choosing Canada! We know this is a very exciting time in planning an important change in your life.



We have received your application for permanent residence. We expect to begin working on your application in June 2017. We will need time to review and assess your file. We should be ready to communicate with you again by August 2017. We understand that the waiting period can be difficult but please rest assured that we have not forgotten about you.
