Any body know how to appeal against refusal....n how much time its takes....what vl b the procedure....plz help me.....

i think cic really hates me. Even at miy own time they gave ppr after 2 months of dm.

Any ways happy for you my frind. its dm on ecase or gc key. if its gc key can you share the snapshot of it. when did bgc started.

Don't think to much its NDVO no one can predict how they work some people still waiting from last 30 month's, and few getting DM in 60 Day's.
Just relax and wait that's all we can do

Don't think to much its NDVO no one can predict how they work some people still waiting from last 30 month's, and few getting DM in 60 Day's.
Just relax and wait that's all we can do

Can someone help me please??? I applied a tourist visa for my wife and visa was granted to her. So now she is here with me. I wanted to change her address for the pr application which is in india. I called cic and they told me to contact new delhi visa office but they didn't give me their contact number. So can anyone help me that how I am going to change the address for her? please and thankyou.

do they ask for re submission of PCC if 12 months expire from the date of its issuance?

PCC is expiring on Jun 4, Medical is expiring on Jun 15, still no moment in the file.. BGC not even started.. dont understand what they are upto and how are they working.. really frustrated!!

they don't ask for pcc again but yes they do ask for medical....you have 1 month with you may b you got visa within 1month
