My visa has't been issued yet.. I asked them several times but they said.. just wait.. wait..
It's been 4 months since I got the PPR from CIC. Do you have any idea about this situation?

Congrats .. yeah DM means visa office has gone through your file and made decision and it is approved .. next step would be to wait for passport request ...
