Complicated situation with experience and ITA

I know it is way to early about this, but any suggestions would be appreciated.

Summary of My Situation

• Received ITA: In August 2025 (Situational assumption)
• Work Permit Expires: August 31 2025
• 3-Year Work Experience Completion: September 27
• I'm claiming points based on that 3 years of experience as it gets updated on August 1st for me in express entry profile.

Currently at 496 with 2 years of CEC and will be at 507 after 3 years of CEC on August 1st even though my 3 years gets completed on 27th September.

How can I keep working till 27th September and then submit my profile after 27th September? And, applying BOWP after submitting the profile.

Have your employer get an approved LMIA and then switch to a closed work permit.

FYI - CEC draws have been well above 507 recently.
