Can any one also share tracksheet for May applicants in non express entry please

Hi @Miss bee - I applied for Non-Express Entry under OINP-ISS in April 2024. I received my AOR in August and completed my biometrics the same month. My medical was passed in October, but there has been no progress on my application since then.

When I reached out to my MP, they informed me that my application is classified as "non-routine" and that they are unable to intervene. According to the IRCC tracker, my background check is still in progress, and eligibility has not yet started. I haven't received any ADR or any other communication from IRCC.

The only possible factor I can think of is a previous study permit refusal, but aside from that, I’m unsure why my application has been flagged this way. Could you provide any insights on what to expect next or why this might be happening? My visa office is Etobicoke.

Hi @Miss bee I am still waiting for news from IRCC. When I check the tracker, it shows eligibility has not started. Background check is in progress but my GIC account shows like this:

Background check

• Not applicable.

I called IRCC they mentioned my eligibility is passed and Also I have received PAL. But tracker shows eligibility as not started and background check in progress? It’s a little confusing. @Miss bee

@Miss bee Hi! I just have a question and would really appreciate your response.

I and my husband submitted our non express entry PR application last November 2024. We did not include our canadian citizen born child in IMM 0008 form (as she is already a citizen), and only included her in the family form IMM 5406.

I’ve been seeing a lot of applications being returned recently as they failed to include a dependent in imm 0008 form. I am worried for our application and confused if a canadian child should be in cluded in the imm 0008 form. We are still currently waiting for our AOR.

Did we do the right thing in the form? or do you think we should webform an updated IMM 0008 to include our canadian child?

@Miss bee I have applied under Non-express entry PR through OINP Masters Graduate Stream on October 25, 2024.

I have submitted my Payslips and Employement Letter as a part of settlement funds,

I realized that my payslips has my middle name wrong spelled, through the payslips I got provincial nomination.

However, I already asked my HR to change and they did it almost three months ago,

Should I submit those new updated middle name payslips to IRCC before receiving AOR throgh Webform with TFN ?

or Should I wait till AOR and then send it to IRCC ?

I just want to know my File was returned because I have not attached my birth certificate translation and now I am reapplying , My PCC is over 7 months old and I have not visited India from last two year.
Do I need to get my PCC done again before applying or previous PCC will work?

@Ramankaur26 : I received the AOR on 23rd Dec, paid BIL fee on 27th Dec 2024 but no news / update post that.
