I applied on the 10th Jan and still I do not have AOR. The call center gave me a temp no with "X" in front of it and said I need to wait for the X to be removed to receive AOR. They said they are processing applications for w/o 10th Jan. I do see others after 10th have already received. I feel it goes by the application content / volume/ complexity/ no of docs instead of order of submission.

Hi, I applied for myself and my daughter , I was able to login to tracker after 24 hours but it took 48 hours for me to create account for my daughter’s application. So i would say have patience and try creating account after 48 hours.

I mistakenly did not include my name (as the parent and principal applicant) when signing my child’s citizenship application online. We applied as a group/family, and the application was returned. I have now added my signature and resubmitted it. It took two weeks for the application to be returned. How long do you think it will take to receive the Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR) now? Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Any idea on the typical timelines for this process?
