Maybe this is an obvious question, but what does the AOR look like?

I have received an email (including my UCI and application No) from the IRCC saying in the email text

"This confirms that your application for permanent residence in Canada has been received by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) on 2024/12/30."

Is this the AOR? no official PDF document and nothing saying "Acknowledgment of receipt"?

I also got the Biometric Letter request on the same day.
Thanks!

Yes, this is the AOR for PR through QSW. There won't be a PDF version of the AOR. Also, you should be able to see the application number, which starts with EPXXXXXXXX. You can use this number to link the application in the IRCC portal or to apply for a BOWP/LMIA-exempt work permit if your current permit is about to expire.

In this case how you apply for BOWP if you dont get AOR?
The email is actually the AOR. Since you have the application number, you can use it to apply for a BOWP.

Submitted Oct 1st
AOR Dec 16
Invitation to pre-arrival services on Dec 24
Biometrics done Dec 30
Medical passed Jan 7

No updates after that.
I was expecting to have received the P1 / P2 emails by now, judging by other timelines in here...
Hopefully it won't be long.

3 months for the eCoPR is insane

Is this the case for the Quebec province though? As far as I understand from IRCC website, in the specific case of Quebec, AOR is not sufficient for BOWP application, but needs the next stage I.e. having passed the completeness check (R10) and having an application number starting with E.

Yes, eCopr says that issued by Montreal immigr. But at some point I also had Sydney VO.
Thanks and congratulations....
