September AOR applicants are facing delays I read on fb page.
However, my eligibility finally changed to started last friday.
You could only know the specifics by applying for GCMS notes.
but i have heard like if we apple GCMS notes it takes about a month and in meantime they stopped working on your file they put it on hold to prepare GCMS notes so i think applying gcms will add more wait maybe i wait a month more then my 6 month processing time will be done.

They don't put hold if you apply for GCMS notes. As far as I know, it's being handled by a different person and not your visa officer. Once applied, it would take about 35-45 days for the notes to arrive.

Well, that's a positive update. Hopefully, they'll get done with it soon!

Just a question is it a wise decision to call and check about the current status of the file or it will have a negative impact on file if officer see that i called twice just to know the status of the application.
Any input would be appreciated.

You can call as many times as you want. No impact on your application!

Most of the times officer see the remarks as the applicant called many times already they get offended and take out their frustration by rejecting or making problems for the applicants application.
Wouldn’t it be unprofessional or unreasonable for an officer to let frustration influence their decision-making process?

Don't dwell on the negative side. The officer literally doesn't care about these silly stuff. You're overthinking it!
