i called ircc on my brother behalf because he was on work.i wanted to ask about copr .he got portal 2 on december 4. my brother told me u can become me and ask information.The call center agent said are you sure your the main applicant and i hang up the call?
Does this affect his application in any way?

It shouldn't.
Unless your brother authorize you as his representative, you cannot call IRCC and request information pretending to be him.
He can either take time off to make the call himself or submit a webform and assign you as his representative.
no i will not do it again.Question is that does call centre agents have acess to his file.I am scared now if he will get refused now just before waiting for ecopr
