Should I just reply to P1 email by adding the email IDs or initiate a new email?

I sent emails separately to each VOs email address with same subject and body. Used the same email subject as received in P1 email.

It has been more than 1 month since I received my ecopr but I still do not get GU1, which is more than the current processing time. They asked me to resubmit the photo 10 days ago but there is no update after that. Do I need to wait another 26 days if I resubmit?
