Do You have a lawyer? Maybe the lawyer received it.
You can call immigration and ask about your file or request For your notes. Sometimes they forget to notice.
Dear all,
I received a letter to submit imm0149. but I never work any government positions in my life.
why they ask this form? Is it normal that every PR applicant has to submit this form??

I don't have a lawyer, but I do have a sponsor. My sponsor submitted the application 10 months ago via email in Canada inland and received an automatic email from IRCC confirming they had received it. When I spoke to my sponsor, he mentioned that we can't do anything until we receive the AOR from IRCC, at which point we can check the case's progress.
I would like to know if it's normal for privately sponsored refugees not to receive an AOR after 10 months. How much longer should I expect to wait?
Any News ?

The next step is security passed and complete and if all stages for background check complete you receive final decision , then P1 and P2 after that you receive ECOPR and PR Card
I haven't any idea about time.
