Im in a weird situation my employer created an employer portal to apply for lima exempt wp. but portal is not activated yet and my nomination ends in next week. my employer tried to call ircc from 6 different number but it was unsuccessful . just want to know what option I have now?
What you mean nomination ends ? Unfortunately employer portal is managed by different department and by calling them it won’t help . You have to send email. They usually respond pretty fast . https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...rs/employer-portal/enrolment-guide.html#reset
You can include expired nomination certificate. Most important part is submit job offer and attach WPSL .
I haven't received AOR yet, I applied PR on may 22 most probably I get AOR in 2 weeks fingers crossed. my only worry is my nomination expires on SEPT 9 on Monday

I got nomination from oinp with wp support letter (which is restricted to my employer) and my nomination expires in sept 9. but I already filed pr on may and pgwp expires in oct. I thought we have to file lima exempt wp before nomination expiry. my employer also send them a email but no response yet.
But you have applied for PR already, right? If that's the case then just include the AOR. Samething happened to me and I also attached the AOR letter

I was nominated under the International Student Stream and have submitted my non-Express Entry profile. I’ve already uploaded the confirmation of nomination letter, but I’m unsure if the IMM019e form is also required for non-Express Entry applications, as it wasn’t listed in the checklist. Could someone clarify this for me? Thank you!

Do you think this policy also applied for people that already have applied for non ee and waiting for PR?
For people with restriction of employment to one employer under work support letter from the nomination will this also applied to them?
