i have same situation here
Few days ago i used kAl method, but still got nothing

I used the kai method, got the p2 email today. I sent the email on last Monday(19 Feb 2024.)

Then you can use the Kai method 2 now and you will receive your portal 2 tomorrow, I’m also didn’t received portal 1 used kAI method and received portal 2 directly the next day, all the best!!!

PAL dec 08 2023 and medical passed

January 12 2024medical passed again

FEB 12 2024final decision and copr in tracker

FEB 19 2024 Call IRCC agent said portal was sent on FEB 13

We sent emails to different offices with portal 1 information.

You can simply type that letter on page and scan it and attach it . Also attach screenshots of passport processing and attach with webform. Not a issue with that .

Fortunately, I received my passport today and successfully submitted it online.

Hi, Does anybody have the same situation?

Application received: August 2, 2023.
AOR: November 30, 2023.
Medical checked: December 1, 2023.
Biometric checked: December 18, 2023.
Background check completed: January 24, 2024.
Eligibility: Not started on the Tracker.
Got COPR document number and expiry date.
Final decision: January 24, 2024. Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made. I called IRCC the agent was very polite and understanding. She checked and confirmed that the emails had not been sent. I was worried maybe I have missed the emails.

P1 and P2 waiting (It's been about 5 weeks so far ...)

For those who might search for this in the future: the office that sent the original Portal 1 email helped to resolve the issue. I've sent an email (replied to the original Portal 1 email) and asked to add missing dependants. Now I can see all of them on the confirmation list.
