Does anyone has the primary office as Windsor?
The letter (AOR) said Sydney but when I call to IRCC they said that my office is Windsor.

Same here, when I called, the agent told that it's Windsor..

Where can I access application tracker from ?
I am trying to access
https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do
But it does not verifies my information for some reason
Am I checking the right website or is there something else
I have non express entry pnp profile submitted and I see the status on gc key

My application tracker shows eligibility not started and rest everything shows completed but gc key shows final decision under process. Not sure how long does this process take?

You will get in the email address you filled while applying notes . It can take around 2-4 weeks .
