I am assuming you gave the test on Nov 03 and the tracker updated with Test Completed on November 7 ? so 4 days between giving the test and IRCC marking it as completed on tracker ? Do you get an email notification when the tracker got updated? does you PP, Language, and prohibitions show as "In progress"?

Anyone here where IRCC requested police clearance from previous country you live in within last 4 years for 183 days? But when you counted it, the days is less than 183 days?
My opinion would be to wait till the 10th and see if the email comes. Because you can't take the test anyway before the 10th even if the email comes right now as I'm typing. Even if you click the "Contact us" link in that disclaimer box in the tracker, it only gives you the option to verify your email contact information. Check your junk folder too. I think you should be okay; don't panic.

I got test invitation 2 days ago and I am scheduled for it today according to the email. However I am not able to sign in “We did not invite you to take the test at this time”. Do I need to wait for a longer period or do I need to contact them?
