- Can I apply while I'm abroad?
- The system is not letting me enter my latest date I left Canada because I'll be returning in October
- On the last step is asking for "City where you sign", Should I include the city where I am, even if it's on vacation?

To avoid the above mentioned complications which are catered towards applicants applying from within Canada, best will be for you to apply it when you are in Canada.
