Someone got a ghost update today and then the eligibility on his tracker changed to completed. OINP AOR Sep 28.
 
I am writing on behalf of my friend, her timeline is similar to @nofearamk . She just had her eligibility completion yesterday. but background is still in process. She is may oinp candidate, ita 19 sept. Her Aor is 25 sept and biometric completion done on 17th October. How much time would it take to receive PPR?
