I have just received it earlier this month. I had filed an online enquiry, then received AOR in 3 days. Not sure if it helps.

When did you submit pr file and when did you send webform. When you got aor?? Please reply

Very similar situation.

My gcms notes states it’s in inventory for eligibility assessment. Hopefully an officer picks it up before vacation period.

Medicals and biometrics were completed when I received my AOR that is on mar 29th. Background check is in process and eligibility is not started yet

Don't worry too much about PAL, it doesn't signify anything if you are inland applicant. Some receive them and some don't, yet receive PRs.
