Portal 2 email received around 3:40 pm and submitted docs from portal around 4 pm

Its been 2 weeks for me,no Portal 2 yet

Yeah! Montreal is so slow for portals. I think there will be possible delays who has already PR portal or applied online PR application by PR portal.
