!!! Ghost Update July 18th 2023..!!!

Hi guys. Received an update today July 18th 2023.
There were stars added to all the previous steps saying New update. However there was nothing new added to my timeline.

Is this what is considered a Ghost Update?
Anyone else received this today?
Is this specific to my application and what does it mean?
Did an officer review my application file or something?

Yes thats whats a Ghost Update like. And I didn't get it.
It could be some changes done on your file. What stage is your application. People often get ghost updates closer to Oath update.
