The problem is that based on yesterday's draw, I cannot predict if stems draws will be down to 480

STEM draws will definitely go below 480, provided the number of ITAs are as much as the recent healthcare draws. Healthcare applicants seem like their current priority, but that’s the thing this way they’re managing their labour needs. Which means STEM applicants may get bigger draws in future subject to market demand.

Nope afaik. I believe @ImpatientDragon mentioned something similar in terms of inland and outland pattern as well. It does seem they are processing inland first.

Yes hopefully, maybe after the recent Category draws some people will go with ITA and withdraw OINP which will give OINP time to process faster
