I didn't hear any news of Medical and PAL yet after April 17. The Tracker shows Updated on May 11 but there is nothing change in it.

I received ghost update on June 30 on my GC Account, I just checked the tracker it's showing Medical Completed. but there is nothing updated on my GC account. I hope they will update this week.

I submitted on November 5
I got AoR on March 5

But since then, no updates.
It's been almost 4 months/120 days after

Hi, I am another one of the "June 29 medical passed club" (old medicals). I didn't get any Ghost update on my email, but both the AST and GC Key show medical passed on June 29. The AST shows last update on June 30 (presumably for the medicals), no Ghost update on the GC Key though.
What I found odd is that the expiration date on my medicals is August 29, 2023. Anyone else have a similar issue? The temporary policy on exemptions is supposed to extend until October next year.

My medical expiration was set at exactly one year after the AOR date. You can check out my sig for timeline.

It is quite common to have no updates for months after a step in the federal PR application. After MP in December, I did not get any updates for more than 4 months. While some applicants have a “rapid” succession after each step. Non-EE PNP is totally unpredictable.

I submitted my application on March 21, 2023 and received AoR on April 14.

No worries, when it is showing passed , then u don’t need another medical . My medical expired in December 2019. But they passed it.
