May 20 Application, received AOR today June 15.

I received my AOR on June 1st and received an email from IRCC today stating that I am missing documents and asked me to update my application. I logged in to check what am I missing. It stated that I don't have a qualifying physical presence in Canada. I had 1826 days when I submitted my application on May 10th. I am unsure why I don't qualify and have to make changes and resubmit. The only logical explanation there is that the agent read "1862" as "862". Did this happen to someone else as well? What can I do?

700+ days more you have. Did you have complicated status like Refugee, Implied status etc?

no none.. came to Canada as PR in 2012

Didn't leave Canada in the last 5 years. so total of 1826 days.

Not sure how they can question your physical presence then. Call IRCC or raise a webform.

Hi, these are my dates:
Delivered: 2023-05-16
AOR: 2023-06-12

I tried last night and it did not work, just tried and it worked. So 2+ business days for me

Yes got application back photo issue. Submitted again yesterday 14 June. Let's see when I get aor
