I actually uploaded all the relevant documents whether it was required or not and also prepared a cover letter explaining the documents.
For example, all non-blank pages Passport is not required I think but I submitted anyways since it helps with entry/ exit stamps in determining PP and security checks. I see some folks being requested copy of passport pages later so it could save some unnecessary back and forth. Good luck.
New members should ask for admin rights and continue updating the spreadsheet. @shiremag had requested this way back but did not see anyone take it up. @shiremag has been doing it for a long time and overtime new members should take it up. It's a collaborative effort not a one person responsibility.

lately I am seeing so many cases where people are not getting the test results updated on the tracker even after a week, especially with Scarborough office, I do understand they are handling the highest number of applications in the country but how long does it take to verify for an officer to check the footage and deem it as valid or not, there might be additional checks but still...
Because I have seen with other offices people have been getting the result updated on tracker the very next date or maybe max 3 days from the date they passed
Is there anything we can do about this situation? or just wait

Not really sure if there is anything that can be done to expedite it. But then there are 2023 March applicants who applied on paper who have not even got the test invite. How long will it for them to send just an invite? I would think it'll be way easier to send an invite vs to verify the test was done properly. But that hasn't happened either

People who applied in 2023 need to have some patience . Things have definitely gotten faster as opposed to before and remember the standard processing time for citizenship application is 12 months. And there are lot of 2022 & even 2021 applicants waiting for the process to complete. Yes, it moves much faster for some, but ircc is unpredictable at best.

My problem with IRCC is that they keep switching gears between online vs paper as they please. 2023 March online applicants are getting test invites and BG completed but paper applicants have not got anything yet! It has to be FIFO regardless of how someone applies.
