Hey all, Background Check completed for 3 / 4 applicants. However, it's not completed for me the primary applicant (not sure if that's a thing in the citizenship app). Is it normal based on your experience? Also, it shows that the Citizenship test is in progress; still waiting for the invite.

Background check is made up of criminality and security screening. Takes time if application gets picked up. Citizenship test uld come up before background completion in that case.

And oh boy, I just realized my signature might be confusing (and I should probably update/remove it). The citizenship application is just for myself so it’s an application of a single person and no one else.

IRCC achieved agreement and ended the strike!
They got 12.6% increase !
So now should be NO MORE any type of excuses for any delays , they have to and must double speed to process our application.

Is anyone else waiting for email instructions to take the test? My window opens on the 5th of May and I still haven't had the explanatory email. I will try and call but my chances of getting through are slim to none, with the strike having just ended today.

Doesn't matter who achieved what or who didn't achieve, the matter to me IRCC strike is over

How long does it take for test result to be reflected on tracker? And how long from test to oath in Mississauga?

How long does it take for test result to be reflected on tracker? And how long from test to oath in Mississauga?

For me it took around 10 days to get the tracker updated for citizenship test as completed. I think the average time between test completion and Oath invitation is around 4 months....
