I am able to see my COPR number on the tracker today, but no email yet (If I understand correctly, it will be sent as an email attachment, is that correct?). Portal 1 & 2 emails were received on April 26th. Address and photo were submitted on the same day.

There is a long queue waiting for the ECOPR to be issued where some waiting already for more than 4 weeks. Welcome on board for another waiting journey.

BTW your CoPR is not sent as attachment. You would receive an email letting you know that your CoPR doc is available for download on your portal. You would have to download it from the PR portal.

The next stage will be a few weeks of waiting to receive a PR card. Then you will be able to feel the end for a while cuz you will probably come back to play this no-end waiting game again at the time of Citizenship application... so yeah, the real end is far away from now.
AOR -Nov 28 no update when i called earlier before apr 19 ircc agent told that criminality passed eligibility not started security not started on apr 19 tracker updated to background check in process i called ircc again on apr 23 still they say eligibility not started security not started have started to get frustated as there is nothing happening on my application
I am on the same boat, my PR tracker shows everything completed and I can also see the COPR number but on GCkey background and eligibility is in process. I haven't received the email. I don't know what to do next
